Firstly, the most important thing is the design of the napkin paper printing machine. Most the napkin printing machines in China mainland now are very weak design and not good quality. For example, the printing rollers are very small, the anilox roller is steel ceramic roller which cannot guarantee the printing quality. But our company have been manufacturing tissue paper napkin printing machines since 1992. We have adopted advanced Italy and Taiwan technology to our napkin paper printing machines. For example, we use high LPI ceramic anilox rollers in our printing units. The higher LPI, the better printing quality. The printing roller will automatically separate if the machine stops. The printing rollers are with bigger diameter so that the printing rubber will have more time to press the napkin paper and stay for longer time on the napkin paper so that the rubber will have more time to attach he color to the paper. For example, if the printing roller has 200mm diameter, the printing rubber will touch the paper for only 1 second, but if we make our machine with diameter 400mm, the printing rubber will touch the 2 seconds, then the rubber will touch and press the napkin paper for longer time to have better printing. What is more, our napkin paper printing machine has better and more flexible adjustment system. You can easily adjust the printing roll rollers to the left or right, to the front or back, very better to locate the printing position and color printing register(registration).

Secondly, you need to have high quality raw material jumbo paper rolls.

There are different types of papers with different quality like recycled paper, bagasse paper, mixed pulp paper, virgin pulp paper, wooden pulp paper etc.  The best paper for napkin printing, especially napkin paper with high quality color printing with multi colors printed cartons, flowers and animals, is 100% wooden pulp paper with good wet strength. Normally we use water-based inks to print the napkin tissue papers. If you use this kind of paper to make color printed napkin papers, the color inks will NOT easily spread out and permeate to the other layer of napkin paper and the customized color printed LOGO on the napkin paper will be very clear and beautiful. Otherwise, if you use recycled paper or bagasse paper without any wet strength, the paper will get easily broken and the ink will spread quickly and permeate to the napkin. The color printed LOGO on the napkin papers will looks very blurred.

Thirdly, you need a skillful and experienced operator who knows how to work, operate and maintain the napkin paper printing machine. He needs to know how to adjust the machine, especially the ceramic rolls of the printing unit to control the inks volume going to the printing unit of the napkin paper machine. If the ink is too much, the printed logo will be overlapped. If the ink is too less, the printed logo will be NOT clear.
